Braden was awesome! Always kept us in the loop, provided constant communication and patiently answered any questions we had. Truly felt like he was our advocate throughout the process. The plan is for this to be our forever home, but if ever we are in the market again, we would definitely want to work with Braden again!!

Braden knew our wants and searched endlessly for those. He gathered us information immediately. He offered to help us move into our new home, and has checked on us many times. Braden is the best, and I would never use anyone besides him.

We have purchased many homes over the years and dealt with many realtors. My own parents were realtors. We feel like Braden was an exceptional agent. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responded quickly to any questions or situation that arose. This has thoroughly been the best experience we've had and the process went so smoothly. We did most of it long distance as well, adding to his work. He made it feel effortless and that is rare. We will recommend him to friends and family.

We were nervous being in a different state that neither of us was familiar with but we felt like we hit the lottery with Braden. He was courteous, patient, trustworthy, professional,very helpful and reassuring. We realized very quickly that Braden was a gem. We felt very fortunate to have him as our agent.
